What we collect
When you join Deal Alerts or contact us we collect your email address and the preferences you choose (regions, boat type, skipper preference, travel window). When you book, we collect the details the charter operator requires, such as names of crew, contact details and sailing qualifications.
How we use it
To send the deals you asked for, to arrange your charter with the operator, and to improve our service. We share booking details only with the operator providing your boat and with service providers that help us run SailNow (for example our email and CRM provider, Zoho).
